Description
English: Diagram explaining the creation of the Dead-Sea Valley in Israel as a result of the Great Rift. Contains Hebrew text. The Arabic Plate on the east moves to the north faster than the African Plate. Wherever the borderline between these plates zigzags, this movement opens valleys, and on their bottom water could pool.
