Title
English: Grave Marker at Yorktown National Cemetery
Description
English:

A rectangular grave marker level with the ground is etched with a cross in a circle, 58, Benjamin F. Craft, March 22, 1869. An assortment of coins is placed on the surface.

In 1934, to streamline maintenance work and create a uniform lawn-style landscape, the NPS laid all but two of the original markers flush with the ground. The markers were replaced with new marble markers around 1940, also set flush with the ground.
