| Description |
English: Grantchester view of the River Cam This is the point in the River Cam where most people who hire a punt from by the Garden House Hotel in town call it a day. From here it is just a short walk up the valley side into the village where the Green Man and Red Lion pubs are ready to sell a cool beer and food. The land on the farside of the river is part of Trumpington Hall estate. The woodland is known as Eight Acre Wood. |
