Description
Polski: Należy do najstarszych w Polsce obiektów drewnianego budownictwa cerkiewnego. Oprócz niej z tego okresu i na tym terenie zachowała się w Polsce cerkiew w Radrużu, która została wpisana na listę UNESCO. Cerkiew w Gorajcu została zbudowana w 1586 roku lecz na przestrzeni wieków była przebudowywana i remontowana co zmieniało jej wygląd i wystrój. Elementy wyposażenia cerkwi m.in. ikony i przybory liturgiczne znajdują się w składnicy ikon w Muzeum-Zamku w Łańcucie. Od 1947 roku cerkiew wykorzystywana jest jako kaplica filialna parafii w Cieszanowie. Cerkiew wpisana do Podkarpackiego Szlaku Architektury Drewnianej.
