Description Blue hour approaches as San Francisco city skyline adapts with luminous color. I waited for the light to balance in the sky with the urban landscape showcasing the layers of contrast within the architecture of the city. Residential homes of the mission, bernal heights, and Potrero hill contrast the downtown sky scrapers of the financial district and upscale lofts of SOMA, somehow yet another layer is revealed behind the towering man made structures, Angel Island, Mount tamalpais, and the north bay hills dominate the background reminding one of the shear beauty the natural landscape contains which is somehow under shadowed by the creation on man made structures.
