Description
English: On May 11, 1904, a full-page advertisement was published in the Tacoma Times, stating that "Munter and Johnson" -- joint proprietors of the "Leader" department store -- were retiring, and the Leader would be closing down, and that as a consequence, all merchandise was being sold at wholesale prices, including this skirt, originally priced at $3, on sale for $1.35.
