Description
English: Traveling west through the former toll plaza towards the new Goethals Bridge, at Goethals Road North / Gulf Avenue and Western Avenue in Old Place / Arlington / Bloomfield, Staten Island. In the foreground is a 1960s-esque Port Authority sign gantry, found around many other PANYNJ roads and crossings such as the Holland Tunnel. In the background is the single-track overpass for the Travis Branch of the Staten Island Railway.
