Summary

[edit]
Description

State Game Land 325, Northumberland County.

Accessible via an old, overgrown woods road, Glade Run winds through the rugged Muncy Hills before reaching the gentle terrain along the West Branch Susquehanna River.

Steep slopes and spring-fed side hollows characterize the stream valley at the western end of the game land. In the moist, shady ravines are dense stands of hemlocks and northern hardwoods growing amid rock outcrops thick with moss and ferns.

A beautiful setting; however, during this last visit, the stream held very little water and was barely worth shooting.
