English: Photograph (taken outside of 86 Glendoune Street, Girvan, property of "Aunt Agnes" and "Uncle Alex" Ross and home of Helen and her sons) of Hugh Nelson and "Rysiu", son of Helen and Andrzej Grodyński (the author of the book 'The Grodyński Brigade', son of Stanisław and grandson of dr Andrzej Kusionowicz Grodyński). Helen ("Ella") and Hugh (father of Hugh) along with brother "Henry" were the children of Joanna "Mary" née Henry (born in Girvan on 28 September 1879 and passed away in Colmonell on 5th August 1946) and Alexander Millar Nelson (born in Girvan on 2 January 1885 and passed away in Irvine on 20 January 1972 – see 'Nelson Family Tree') who were married in Girvan on 21st July 1915.
