Français : Gidran XL, qui possède bien le type de la race, est de bonne taille — 1m57 environ,
— très distingué, très bien établi ; sa tête est élégante et expressive, son épaule a une bonne longueur, sa poitrine est bien descendue, son arrière-main musclée, son rein très large ; il a les canons courts et bien dirigés et ses tissus ont de la finesse. L'ensemble dénote beaucoup d'espèce et, en même temps, beaucoup de force et de vigueur. Il.est alezan, cela va sans dire, avec deux balzanes postérieures; j'ajouterai, à ce propos, que le blanc aux extrémités est admis; le premier des Gidran en avait d’ailleurs, mais on préfère qu'il n'y en ait pas. |
