Description The secondary N-S street, which doesn't quite know what it wants to be. The crosswalks alongside and, in this case, leading to the plaza are all raised "speed tables." The confusion of street and sidewalk levels, though, leads to a profusion of unsightly bollards in varying shapes and sizes, all around the square. (We'll see what the ones in the middle are about.)
