Diese Briefmarke wurde in Deutschland zwischen 1945 und 1949 von der alliierten Verwaltung in einer Besatzungszone herausgegeben. Rechtsnachfolgerin ist die Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Als amtliches Werk ist sie nach § 5 Abs. 1 des deutschen Urheberrechtsgesetzes gemeinfrei.
