  • Translation:

The last descendant of the Piast ruler of Poland,
the Duke almost in his 15th year of life,
but as of age after nine months of ruling;
on 21 November 1675 his life and nine centuries of the royal house lamentably ended;
Silesia is in confusion, whether to be more grateful for the birth of the Piast
or more sorrowful for the death of Georg Wilhelm.
