  • An diesem Ort stand das Haus Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 3. Hier befanden sich von 1912 bis 1919 Wohnung und Anwaltskanzlei von Hugo Haase. Hugo Haase 1863–1919. Der Rechtsanwalt und Politiker stammte aus Königsberg in Ostpreußen. Er war Reichstagsabgeordneter, von 1912 bis 1916 Vorsitzender der Unabhängigen Sozialdemokratischen Partei Deutschlands und von 1917 bis 1919 Vorsitzender der Unabhängigen Sozialdemokratischen Partei Deutschlands. Im November und Dezember 1918 gehörte er dem Rat der Volksbeauftragten, der Revolutionsregierung, an.
