English: Gateway to the Dump Many years ago this was the former refuse dump for the Polperro area. It must have shut in the late 60s. You would never know this if you were visiting the area but older locals will recall when the small dustcarts used these narrow lanes to convey the rubbish to this site.Its still very muddy here. |
