English: Racks of GOES-R Core Ground System Enterprise Infrastructure equipment await shipment from Harris Corporation in Melbourne, Florida, to Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS) in Wallops, Virginia. The Enterprise Infrastructure consists of the hardware and software that will form the network infrastructure of the GOES-R Ground System. The EI system will allow for the processing and distribution of 40x more meteorological data than is available with the current system. The equipment was delivered to Wallops on January 20, 2014.
