Description
English: In October 1948, Zheng Dongguo, deputy commander-in-chief of the Kuomintang's Northeast "Suppression General" and commander of the First Corps, led his troops to surrender. The picture shows Zheng Dongguo (middle) arriving in Harbin after the uprising.
