Deutsch: Vakuumdiode GA560 mit direkt geheizter Wolfram-Katode für Rauschgeneratoren

"Wegen der hohen Katodentemperatur ist die Röhre nicht für einen Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Sie darf nur kurzzeitig während des Messvorganges betrieben werden, da bei maximalem Diodenstrom [50mA] nur mit einer Gesamtlebensdauer von ca. 6 Stunden zu rechnen ist."[1]

Überarbeiteter Findbucheintrag: GA 560 "WF" Rauschdiode. Besteller: Walkhoff, Abteilung: TTV1. Walkhoff ist von 1962 bis 1970 als Fotobesteller nachweisbar und 1963 zuständig für Dioden und Spezialempfängerröhren, in den späteren Abteilungsverzeichnissen ist er als Verantwortlicher für die technologische Planung und Fertigungsvorbereitung für Dioden genannt.
