Description
English: Fuel limit notice on a Mobil Petrol fuel dispenser at Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary. Fuel purchases were limited at 50 liters per purchase at this station on March 27, 2022. Location: Szántó Kovács János utca 151., Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary. The Hungarian government had enforced a fuel price cap between November 15, 2021 and May 15, 2022, then introduced a wholesale fuel price cap on February 28, 2022, after which MOL remained the only active wholesaler on the market. Fuel limits were reported by February, and a panic buying wave followed on March 8/9.
Magyar: Tankolási korlátozások tájékoztatója egy hódmezővásárhelyi Mobil Petrol kútoszlopon (Magyarország). A limit 2022. március 27-én 50 liter volt vásárlásonként. Cím: Szántó Kovács János utca 151., Hódmezővásárhely, Magyarország. Magyarország kormánya 2021. november 15. és 2022. május 15. között üzemanyag-árstopot rendelt el, majd a nagykereskedelmi árat is maximalizálta 2022. február 28-án, ami után a MOL maradt az egyetlen aktív nagykereskedő a piacon. A sajtó februártól kezdett jelenteni a tankolási korlátozásokról, majd március 8-9-én felvásárlási pánik alakult ki.
