English: Fuchs corneal dystrophy. Light microscopic appearance of the cornea showing numerous excrescences on the posterior surface of Descemet membrane (guttae) and the presence of cysts in the corneal epithelium beneath ectopically placed intraepithelial basement membrane. Periodic acid-Schiff stain.
