Front cover of a V44 (revised), Personal Card. As established by the International Agreement, 1st Dec 1924. This booklet opens as a grid in order to list the ports and treatment centres visited and was to be kept by sailors. Government administered document to monitor venereal disease including syphilis and gonorrhoea. (?)
