Description Detail einer Order von König Friedrich I. in Preußen an das Obergericht in Frankfurt a. O. mit der Anweisung, zwei Notaren aus Halle ihre Tätigkeit zu verbieten, da sie keine königliche Zulassung vorzuweisen hätten. "... Weilen wir nicht gestatten wollen, daß die beyde von der Universität zu Halle creirte Notarii ... ohne von Uns dazu legitimirt zu seyn, solch Notariats Ambt exerciren sollen; Als befehlen Wir Euch hiemit in Gnaden, Ihnen solches zu untersagen, auch diejenige, welche hinkünftig von Uns kein Diploma Notariatus vorzuweisen haben werden, zu solchem Ambt nicht zu admittiren ...". - Königliche Unterschrift "Friderich", gegengezeichnet von Premierminister Johann Kasimir Graf Kolb von Wartenberg (1643-1712).
