Summary

[edit]
Description

It appears to be a standard ATM EPP (cash machine encrypted pin pad). On the freewheelin system it was not used very often, all the functions operated with dedicated buttons on a touch screen, similar to the current Denver BCycle stations.

The BCycle kiosks do not have a RFID card reader or number pad, only a start button and a touchscreen. There is, however, a dedicated Mifare RFID card reader and capacitive solid-state touch button on each Bcycle bike dock.
