English: Frederick O. Howland owned a dairy farm in South Seattle. In this photo, taken by Wilhelm Hester sometime between 1891 and 1898, Howland stands with his two favorite cows, "Old Lineback" and "Young Lineback." Howland is credited with starting Seattle's first milk delivery service.
