DescriptionFred C Palmer Herne Bay Pier 014.jpg |
Postcard of Herne Bay Pier, Herne Bay, Kent, unused, but identical to the tinted version (listed below) which is postmarked 1905. The photographer was Fred C. Palmer, who died in 1941. At the time of this photograph he was probably still working from Herne Bay High Street, as his Tower Studio address does not appear alongside his name on the back of the card.
