Deutsch: Verwaltungsgebäude der ehemaligen Elektrofirma Voigt & Haeffner AG nach Entwürfen von Carl Friedrich Wilhelm Leonhard. Zentrale Risalitgruppen mit Anklängen an Klassizismus und Jugendstil zur Betonung des Werkeingangs. Eine Sandsteinfassade in den unteren Bereichen verleiht dem denkmalgeschützten Bauwerk einen besonderen Flair. Durch ein elegantes, stilvolles Foyer mit zwei Aufzugsanlagen gelangt man zu den Büroflächen mit Deckenhöhe von bis zu 3,60 m. Gegründet wurde Voigt & Haeffner 1886 im Stadtteil Bockenheim; seit 1900 Aktiengesellschaft; ab 1910 Neubau und Umzug des Unternehmens ins Ostend, Hanauer Landstraße 146. Betriebszweck war die Herstellung von Installationsmaterial jeder Art, vor allem für Industrie, Bergwerke und Schiffe. Schalt-, Steuer- und Anlaßgeräte für industrielle Betriebe. Großaktionär (1943): Deutsche Continental-Gas-Gesellschaft, Dessau (ca. 94 %). 1959 wird Voigt & Haeffner von der Continental Elektroindustrie AG übernommen. 1969 übernimmt die Bergmann Elektro GmbH die Continental Elektroindustrie AG. 1990/1991 Übernahme von Voigt & Haeffner, Frankfurt, durch Gebr. Röchling KG, Mannheim. 2003 erwarb die norwegische Firma Eltek ASA 100% aller Anteile der Voigt & Haeffner GmbH des bisherigen Shareholders, der Röchling Gruppe (Mannheim). 2015 übernahm der taiwanesischer Elektronikhersteller Delta Elektronics aus Taipei und integrierte es als eigene Unternehmensdivision weiter.
Heute ist diese Immobilie im Besitz von Teilen der Grafenfamilie zu Solms-Laubach, bzw. der "GS Real Estate". Jetzige Eigentümer nennen diese Immobilie nunmehr "Gemini Haus". |
