Description
English: Selected elements of the type specimen of Franconiasaurus brevispinus gen. et sp. nov. (BT 011224.00). Fragment of the right mandibular midsection in (A) lateral and (B) dorsal view; posterior section of the right mandibular ramus (C) in medial aspect; sacral vertebrae and ribs (D) in left lateral view; caudal vertebra (E) in posterior view; left radius (F) in dorsal view, and left tibia (G) in dorsal view. Scale bars equal 10 mm. Abbreviations: cr – caudal rib, gf – mandibular glenoid fossa, il – ilium, Mc – Meckelian canal, rap – retroarticular process, rt – replacement tooth, sc – sacral centrum, sr – sacral rib.
