English: Foxtail millet kheer or porridge is a sweet dish from Indian subcontinent. Foxtail millet is a source of vital nutrients for the strengthening of muscles and bones. Include this millet in a diet as a kheer, khichdi,pulao etc. as it is rich in Vitamin B12 which is essential for maintaining a healthy heart, smooth functioning of the nervous system, and in general good for skin and hair growth.
