Description
English: Fox hunting above Newlands Valley, Cumbria, England, probably showing Hindscarth and Robinson fells, perhaps taken from Dale Head. The photographer was Henry Mayson (1845-1921), who was born in Keswick and who set up a photographic studio there in the 1880s, producing this postcard under the 'Keswick Series'. His work concerned the landscape and people of the Lake District.
