Description
English: U.S. Army Pfc. Sean James, a wheeled vehicle mechanic, with Headquarters Support Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, prepares a simulated casualty to be lifted from the crew compartment of a damaged tank during the Combat Lifesaver Course (CLS) offered at the Medical Simulation Training Center in Fort Hood, Texas, Feb. 6, 2013.
