Description
English: Former main entrance to St. Francis School, located at 7206 Myron Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States.

The St. Francis School is a Roman Catholic parochial school run by the Sisters of Notre Dame.

It was founded in 1887 by St. Francis parish (founded the same year), and was originally located at Superior Avenue and E. 71st Street. It primarily served German immigrants. A new 14-room school was built at 7170 Myron Avenue (a block off Superior) in 1907. It expanded to include high school students in the 1920s. This structure, and the church, burned to the ground on December 1, 1970. (Arsonists set fire to a vacant building nearby, and the sparks destroyed the church and school nearby.)

The current building opened in July 1972.
