| Description |
English: Footpath and wall, Lightens Edge, Holme The wall is still shown on the 1:25,000 map, but has almost gone; this is one of the only parts still at full height. It follows the upper edge of the steep part of the hillside and is a natural route for a footpath, although this would seem to be a recent creation as it is not shown on the map. On the right are cliffs of peat at the edge of Lightens Moss. |
