Description
Português: Construída em 1863, com arquitetura portuguesa nas cores azul e branca. Até esse ano, a água jorrava de uma pequena bica. A Fonte da Carioca está ao lado da Casa Pinto Ulysséa. A fonte abastece a população, com água pura e cristalina, desde os tempos do Império. Seus tanques, revestidos de mármore carrara deixam a água gelada.
English: Built in 1863, with Portuguese architecture in blue and white colors. Until that year, water was pouring out of a small spout. The fountain has been supplying the population with pure, crystalline water since the times of the Empire. Its tanks, lined with Carrara marble, leave the water cold.
