English: Seaman Michael McGehee and Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Caitlin Cullen, both assigned to the "Black Aces"of Strike Fighter Squadron 41, conduct flight-control checks with an F/A-18F pilot prior to launch aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. Nimitz Carrier Strike Group is on a routine deployment to the region. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
