Description

Image from the 2012 event at the U.S. Botanic Garden: Orchid Mystique: Nature’s Triumph. The event took place February 18 through April 29, 2012. This annual orchid exhibit, in collaboration with Smithsonian Gardens, features orchids from around the globe.


The U.S. Botanic Garden Conservatory is open to the public every day of the year from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., free of charge. The Conservatory is located at 100 Maryland Avenue, SW, on the west side of the U.S. Capitol. Visitors are encouraged to take Metrobus and Metrorail. Visit www.usbg.gov or call (202) 225-8333 for more information.
