Description

CARIBBEAN SEA (Sept. 27, 2012) Rear Adm. Sinclair Harris, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command and U.S. 4th Fleet, sends a "Bravo Zulu" message via flashing light to a Dominican Republic navy vessel from guided-missile cruiser USS Anzio (CG 68), the flagship, during the annual multinational UNITAS maritime exercise. Thirteen ships and personnel from eleven partner nations participated in the exercise in the Western Caribbean Sea hosted by U.S. Fourth Fleet. (U.S. Navy photo by Lt. Cmdr.
