MONTREAL (July 30, 2012) Sailors man the rails aboard the Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate USS DeWert (FFG 45) as the ship arrives in Montreal. DeWert, the Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Hurricane (PC 3) and the Canadian Halifax-class frigate HMCS Ville de Quebec (FFH 332) are visiting cities in America and Canada to commemorate the Bicentennial of the War of 1812.
