Two F-16 Fighting Falcons from the Royal Jordanian air force and the U.S. Air Force 77th Wing Shaw Air Force Base, an F-18 Super Hornet from the USS Harry S. Truman Aircraft Carrier and a Mirage from the Pakistan air force fly in formation over the lowest place on Earth the Dead Sea a famous destination in Jordan, during the 2010 Falcon Air Meet, Oct. 27, 2010, Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, Azraq Jordan. The Falcon Air Meet is a friendly competition centered on the F-16 Fighting Falcon. F-16 units from Jordan, U.S. Air Force, and the United Arab Emirates along with a Mirage unit from Pakistan and a U.S. Navy F-18 unit are competing in the fifth annual event hosted by Jordan and the Royal Jordanian air force.
