Description
Français : Custos (ENI 02322724), ex-Flore, Joni etc. entre Deûlémont et Quesnoy (59), à l'approche du pont ferroviaire de l'ancienne ligne La Madeleine-Comines, désaffecté depuis 2019.

Ce vraquier, construit au milieu des années 1990 en Pologne, est achevé aux Pays-Bas. Il voit le jour à une époque où les aides à la navigation électroniques/informatiques, sont déjà répandues. S'il était homologué pour le transport de conteneurs, sa capacité serait évaluée à environ 80 EVP/équivalent vingt pieds, avec des caisses de 6 m. En presque 30 ans, le Custos a successivement porté les pavillons néerlandais, belge et enfin français.

Pour la petite histoire, un courtier spécialisé évalue ce navire, qui comporte tout de même 4 chambres, cuisines équipées, séjours/salons et salles d'eau, la bagatelle de 1,75 M€.

Si vous avez des économies à investir, et cherchez un logement plus original qu'une maison...
