Die Kirche Flemsdorf ist ein recheckiger Feldsteinbau aus der Mitte des 13. Jahrhunderts, mit Westturm von Schiffsbreite. Der Ostgiebel ist mit Blenden versehen. Der quadratische verputzte Turmaufsatz mit Zeltdach ist vom Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts und wurde im 19. Jahrhundert erneuert. An der Südseite der Kirche befindet sich eine Sonnenuhr von 1782. Das Innere der Balkendecke ist mit einer Schablonenmalerei aus dem Jahre 1910 versehen. Von 1736 ist der qualitätsvolle Kanzelaltar, versehen mit seitlichen und bekrönenden Schnitzfiguren und reichem Schnitzwerk. Aus der Zeit stammt auch der barocke Taufengel. Die vergitterten Patronatslogen und das schlichte Gemeindegestühl sind aus der Zeit vom Übergang des 17./18. Jahrhunderts. Die Westempore ist von 1691 und das Orgelprospekt und die Orgel von 1745, vermutlich wie die Felchower Orgel von Joachim Wagner erbaut.
