Deutsch: Beschreibung der Flagge: "Von Rot zu Gelb zu Rot im Verhältnis 1 : 3 : 1 quergestreift, in der Mitte der gelben Bahn der Wappenschild der Gemeinde." Der Gemeinde Raesfeld ist mit mit Urkunde des Regierungspräsidenten vom 30. Oktober 1986 zusätzlich die Führung einer Hissflagge verliehen worden.
