«Щегловское сельское поселение» Всеволожского муниципального района Ленинградской области представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины флага к длине — 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования «Щегловское сельское поселение» Всеволожского муниципального района Ленинградской области в зелёном и белом цветах".

Описание герба: «В вогнуто пересечённом серебром и зеленью поле дерево с раскидистой кроной переменных цветов».
