Флаг Ребольского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины флага к длине — 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Ребольского сельского поселения в зелёном, красном и жёлтом цветах со смещением вертикальной составляющей жёлтого вырубного креста с изображением красной лисицы поверх него на 1/10 ширины флага к древку флага.
