«Флаг Полевого сельского поселения Новоаннинского муниципального района Волгоградской области представляет собой: прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба сельского поселения в данных: зелёном, белом, жёлтом и красном цветах».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле четыре серебряных цветка ромашки с золотой сердцевиной (1,2,1), сопровождаемые во главе золотым безантом поверх накрест положенных бунчуков и обременённым червлёным лапчатым крестом».
