«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры из герба Литижского сельского поселения, выполненные красным, зелёным и жёлтым цветом».

Описание герба: «В четверочастном червлёном и зелёном поле, поверх деления — золотой выходящий дуб с положенными в оконечности поверх ствола двумя серебряными мечами в пояс, причём нижний обращён».
