Прямоугольное полотнище с соотнесением ширины к длине как 2:3, состоящее из двух горизонтальных полос: верхней — синего цвета, шириной 1/4 ширины полотнища, и нижней, зелёного цвета; в центре синей полосы — корона жёлтого цвета с тремя трилистными зубцами, в центре зелёной полосы — сноп жёлтого цвета, окруженный по сторонам и внизу тремя вырубными крестами жёлтого цвета.
