English: This is the plates of the Office of Five Provinces of the North (Hangul:

; RR: Ibuk-odocheong; M-R: Ibuk-odoch'ŏng), Seoul, the Republic of Korea (ROK, South Korea) taken by User:Yes0song. "Provincial Office of Hwanghae," "Provincial Office of South Pyeongan," "Provincial Office of North Pyeongan," "Provincial Office of South Hamgyeong," "Provincial Office of North Hamgyeong" are written on each plates (from left to right). Both the ROK and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK, North Korea) are formally denying each other, so the ROK is considering that the territory controlled by the DPRK is the old administrative districts when Korea became independent from the Japanese Empire. According to it, the territory of the DPRK is divided into the provinces of North and South Pyeongan (M-R: P'yŏngan), North and South Hamgyeong (M-R: Hamgyŏng) and Hwanghae, and some part of the provinces of Gyeonggi (M-R: Kyŏnggi) and Gangwon (M-R: Kangwŏn, modified M-R: Kangwon). Ibuk-odocheong is the formal and temporary office of five provinces in the North claimed by the South government.
