Description

Montana Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office (FWCO) Biologist Glenn Boltz, (retired) (left) and seasonal biotech, Jason Marsh (right), holding an Arctic Grayling collected from Red Rock Creek, Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, MT. The Fisheries Division of the US Fish and Wildlife Service has been assisting Red Rock Lakes NWR with monitoring and managing this unique population of Arctic Grayling for nearly 2 decades. This has been a long-term collaborative effort to "Get our goose on!" in an effort to jointly conserve this unique population of fish in south-west Montana.
