As of 2010, adaptive reuse of the building by the non-profit "Suzanne Morgan Center at Ridgeland"
Building/structure dates: 1762 initial construction
Significance: Ridgeland was built for William Couch by 1762 and is, potentially, one of the oldest houses in Fairmount Park.
