Transcribed from photograph: "Churches. First Presbyterian church. Southeast corner of Third Ave. and Madison St. Built 1875-1879; demolished 1912. 1907."

By 1907, the Presbyterians were long gone from this church. They had moved in 1894. In 1896, a Baptist congregation were meeting here; not sure about 1907.
